Homestead Land Holdings is proud to announce the acquisition of two residential properties in Oakville, Ontario. The buildings, 191 and 205 Queen Mary Drive, will join the community of buildings already under Homestead ownership, which are 187, 189 and 199 Queen Mary Drive, otherwise known as Park Terrace Apartments.
205 Queen Mary Drive, now known as Park Terrace Apartments II, consists of 123 residential suites, with an outdoor pool. underground parking, laundry facilities, and on-site staff. 191 Queen Mary Drive, now known as Park Terrace V, consists of 12 residential suites, with access to the outdoor pool and laundry facilities on site. With this acquisition, Homestead now owns and manages seven properties in the city of Oakville.
