Homestead Land Holdings Limited is pleased to announce that it has added three more buildings to its portfolio, located in Oakville and Welland, Ontario.
The Devonshire, located at 200 Queen Mary Drive in Oakville, consists of 95 studio, one, two, and three-bedroom suites. This property is located directly across from existing Homestead properties at 199 and 205 Queen Mary Drive and will be a welcome addition to the community.
Alleghany Apartments, located at 14 and 16 Westdale Drive in Welland, consists of 75 one, two, and three-bedroom suites. This acquisition marks Homestead's first acquisition in Welland.
