Homestead Land Holdings Limited has added another new building to its portfolio. Aldershot Apartments, located at 950 Warwick Court in Burlington, consists of 106 apartments suites in a quiet residential neighbourhood near the intersection of the QEW and Highway 403, with Plains Road and King Road being the closest residential intersection.
Homestead will begin an intense renovation and upgrade program immediately, which will include modernizing all vacant suites with features such as stainless steel appliances, upgraded countertops, sinks, cabinets, and flooring. Various exterior and interior building upgrades will be completed as well over the coming months.
