The building is situated on the south side of Lakeshore Boulevard West in Etobicoke with sensational views of Lake Ontario and downtown Toronto. Shopping, schools and public transit are within walking distance. Ontario Place and the CNE are located very close to the building. The City of Toronto is planning to construct a pedestrian walkway and park along the lake front, directly behind the building.
