Building Overview

The building is situated on one of the last remaining waterfront parcels in the City of Kingston. The building is sited on over two acres of land bounded on the east by 1000 King Street West, a Homestead world-class condominium, on the west by Richardson Wharf and on the south by Lake Ontario. The Cataraqui Golf and Country Club is opposite on the north. The first tee is a stone's throw from the front door. Lake Ontario Park provides a year round area for walking. A few blocks towards the centre of town is historic Portsmouth Village shopping with a service station, hardware, drug, grocery, convenience, beauty shop, churches, the Olympic Harbour, restaurants and other facilities.
