Homestead Land Holdings Limited is a wholly Canadian owned company that specialises in providing affordable, quality rental apartments in private, multi-residential communities in major cities across Ontario, and Naples, Florida.

Founded in 1954 in Kingston, Ontario, Homestead has grown to incorporate 22,200 rental suites in a geographically diverse portfolio. As a family owned business, the core values that were instilled so many years ago are held true today and embraced by a team of 625 committed employees throughout the company.

Expansion of the portfolio through acquisition and construction has been prudent and steady, with emphasis on serving the needs of the broader community in various markets, from affordable to high end rentals. Today Homestead owns and manages apartment communities in Ottawa, Toronto, Kingston, London, Hamilton, Kitchener, Guelph, Brantford, Burlington, Oakville, Sarnia and Naples, Florida. As community partners in these cities, Homestead supports many local businesses and a variety of community initiatives, and encourages residents to do so as well, in particular on environmental and community service issues.
